Who I Am
Peosta is home, not a service area
Neely Solutions is a web design and development studio run by Nick Neely, based in Peosta, Iowa (52068). I build custom websites, Shopify stores, and CMS sites for small and growing businesses, with AI and automation add-ons when they pull their weight. Most of my neighbors are surprised a studio like this is based in a town of a couple thousand people. That is exactly the point: you get studio-grade work from someone who lives in the same community, with published pricing and a 24-hour response promise.
Home Base
One of Iowa's fastest-growing small cities
Peosta punches well above its size, and the businesses here deserve a website that does too.
I run Neely Solutions from Peosta, and I have watched it grow firsthand. The 2020 census put the population near 1,900, up from around 650 two decades earlier, which makes Peosta one of the fastest-growing cities in Iowa. That growth is not an accident. Sitting right on U.S. Highway 20, about fifteen minutes west of Dubuque, Peosta has a real economic core for a town its size.
The Peosta Industrial Park supports more than two thousand jobs, anchored by homegrown manufacturers like Mi-T-M Corporation, the employee-owned maker of pressure washers, generators, and air compressors that ships from here to dealers across the country. The Northeast Iowa Community College campus sits in town too, bringing students, staff, and a steady stream of new skills into the area. Families are drawn by the Western Dubuque school district, the largest district by area in Iowa, with Peosta Elementary right in the community.
All of that adds up to a growing base of businesses that are done being invisible online. The trades and suppliers around the industrial park, the shops and services filling in as new neighborhoods go up, the specialists who work the whole tri-state from a Peosta address: they need a website that loads fast, shows up in search, and turns a look into a call. That is the work I do, from the same zip code.

Serving the corridor
The Corridor
Websites for the Highway 20 towns
The US-20 corridor
West → East
Peosta is small, so I build for businesses well beyond it, out along the corridor into the rest of rural Dubuque County. Epworth, Farley, Dyersville, Cascade, and the smaller communities between them are full of trades, farm-adjacent businesses, clinics, and family shops that have earned strong reputations locally but never translated that into a website that pulls its weight.
Dyersville alone draws visitors from all over for the Field of Dreams movie site and the National Farm Toy Museum, which means the businesses there compete for attention with people who are actively searching before they arrive. A website that answers the obvious questions fast, hours, location, services, how to book, is often the whole difference between getting the call and losing it to the next result.
Wherever you are along the corridor, being close matters. We can meet in person without anyone burning half a day on the drive, and you deal with the person actually building the site, start to finish.

How I Work
Small-town service, studio-grade work
You deal with the builder. One person scopes, designs, and ships your site. No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
A handshake still counts. Being local means accountability. Word travels fast in a small community, and I would rather earn the referral than chase the next town over.
Honest scope. If a simpler, cheaper build is the right call for your business, I will say so. The goal is a site that pays for itself, not the biggest invoice.
Built to perform. Local does not mean low-tech. Every site is fast, mobile-first, and structured for search, the same standard I hold this one to.
